Frequently asked questions from importers

What is the minimum order?

We ship in 50 kg bags. A 20-foot container holds about 12.5 metric tons, and we also serve smaller orders and first purchases. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm availability and price.

Can I get a sample before buying?

Yes. We send samples of the available lot together with its cut test and moisture reading. Shipping terms are agreed with each buyer.

What is the cadmium level of the beans?

Our cocoa is classified as low in cadmium. We provide the latest laboratory analysis with every quote and every shipped lot.

Which delivery terms do you work with?

We can quote at origin in Agustín Codazzi (EXW) or delivered to a Colombian port (FOB). We handle the phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and the usual export documents.

How do you guarantee quality and traceability?

Each lot is identified by village and fermentation date. We ferment in wooden boxes with temperature control, sun-dry to a maximum of 7.5% moisture and run a cut test on every lot. We can provide farm locations where required.
